Center for Pregnancy
The First Life Center for Pregnancy ministers to pregnant women contemplating abortion. Their mission is to prevent abortion by educating women about alternatives to abortion, including the decision to become a parent or to put the child up for adoption. Volunteers are needed to serve in their child care department and HOPE store. A volunteer interview is required prior to serving.

Children’s Ministry
The Children’s Ministry serves children between kindergarten and 5th grade. Volunteers are able to serve on Saturday nights (5:30-7:45pm), Sunday mornings (7:45, 9:00, and 10:45am), and Wednesday nights (6-8pm) in a number of capacities, including: Life Group Leader, Life Group Assistant Leader, and Floor Coordinator. There are additional opportunities to serve during the summer at Expedition Clubs (also known as Vacation Bible Schools).

Preschool Ministry
The Preschool Ministry meets the needs of children ages 3 to 5. Volunteers are needed on a regular, part time, and “as needed” basis on Saturday nights (5:30pm) and Sunday mornings (7:45, 9:00, and 10:45am). All volunteer positions require a background check.

Resale Shoppe
The 2nd Chances Resale Shoppe provides high quality, gently used merchandise at an affordable price to those in the Orlando community. Serve as a cashier, stocker, or donation sorter. Minimum two-hour per week commitment.

Student Ministry (grades 6-12)
Ampd Student Ministry encourages junior high and high school students to engage with Jesus Christ by entering into relationship with him and by leading others to him. Serve on Sunday mornings at 7:45, 9:00, or 10:45am as a small group leader or greeter. Volunteers are also needed to help on Wednesday nights with Powerhouse (Junior High Midweek Service) and in the summer with Camp Orlando. Volunteer application and background check required.
