Hello and thanks for checking out our website. Ampd College Ministry is a movement of 18-25 year olds in the greater Orlando area who have a passion for Jesus and want to experience him in big ways! We are a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Orlando, but are made up of individuals from many different backgrounds. We strive to live out the words of the Apostle Paul, who wrote, “May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 15:5-6).
We believe that in order to live out this high calling, we must focus on three key areas; lifting up the name of Jesus, loving people, and leading people to Jesus. In fact, we believe so much in this three-fold mission that we’ve got it on t-shirts, in promotional materials, and sprinkled throughout messages and sermon series’. More than that, we pray it is the heartbeat of all that we do, both collectively and as individuals seeking all that God has for us.
As you look around our page, I hope you will consider whether God is leading you to join your heart and voice with ours. If not, we pray you will be encouraged to know that there are many in this generation who want to see a great move of God in our lifetime and are committed to being part of it.
